We are experienced Intelligence Analysts. Our strengths include due diligence and investigative research for various purposes, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, lending decisions, fraud investigations and client acceptance. We gather information globally from publicly-available resources and many sources of industry intelligence in Canada. We have done work for large law firms and have succeeded where private investigators have failed.

Intelligence analysts are often called upon by lawyers, investors, M&A specialists, stock exchanges, public companies, or any person or company accountable to shareholders, employees, or the public for its actions, or failure to act.

Karen Blau was an analyst at one of Canada's largest forensic accounting practices. Previously, she spent over ten years in the mortgage and loan industry. Karen is an active member of the Association of Certified Forensic Investigators (ACFI), contributing to its professional standards and investigation manual as well as being a speaker at its conference in May 2004.
